Customer service was top notch, which is one of the main reasons I love supporting small businesses, because they really care about their customers. I purchased this airpad at a recent local woman's expo in anticipation of needing it at some point in the future. It is easy to use, the perfect size, and very comfortable. I tested it out the first night with no problems. But the 2nd night after that, I noticed that it was slowly losing air, so I reached out to the owner for assistance. She was quick to message me and get me in contact with a rep who could exchange the faulty airpad in person. I have the new one now and so far, so good!
